Fresh off the UrbanCorning.com RumorTron 5000: DeClemente’s sold and will soon become a burrito bar! DeClementes will remain open for a few more weeks, and you’ll probably see DeClemente helping out as the new owners take over. I spoke with DeClemente today about the sale. He told me that this will help him focus on his restaurant at the airport, DC2, as well as his contract with Guthrie.
There are few other details at this time, but I’ve got one thing to say that will keep these newbs in business for years to come:?Late Night Bar Crowd.?Right now Aniello’s Pizza is king of the weekend pub crawl. ?Don’t harm me for saying this, but I’ll be glad to make a burrito bar my go-to spot for quick nourishment between brew stops on the Tipsy Train to Sleepsville. Being centrally located, they could make a killing. Thoughts?…

Oh no! I love Declemente’s Tomato Swiss soup! I better get in there before they’re gone. I will miss them! (But I also love a good burrito….) 🙂
They have tomato swiss on the salad bar at the airport… It is very good!
I think someone should work on getting us a Trader Joe’s in the area!!!
